Description: Volatile liquid fraction obtained from the distillation of pine resin. It is colorless and has a pine smell. It consists mainly of alpha-pinene and beta-pinene.
Common uses: Solvent commonly used in the fragrance, aromatic, pharmaceutical, synthetic camphor and paint industries.
