Grupo Pinus Brasil is responsible for managing thousands of hectares of its own, and leased, forests.

In each of these areas, we implement a reforestation system that is recognized worldwide for its high efficiency and respect for the environment and natural resources.

Monitoring and Conservation

Grupo Pinus Brasil has more than 1,000 employees, most of whom work in forest management in our own, or leased, areas.

Areas of permanent preservation under Brazilian law are kept under strict monitoring. Also, specialized professionals working for Grupo Pinus Brasil have the responsibility of looking after river springs. We continually offer training to enable workers to carry out their duties with minimal impact on fauna and flora.

Our commitment to environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility is unwavering. Industrial processes are fully integrated with ESG principles, guaranteeing compliance with the three points of our environmental agenda.

WASTE MANAGEMENT

We prioritize the reduction, neutralization, reuse and recycling of waste, disposing of it responsibly and contributing to the circular economy.

RENEWABLE ENERGY

We use green electricity and biomass as energy sources to produce the steam generated by boilers, reducing carbon emissions.

CARBON FOOTPRINT

Our production plants are 100% integrated, from the beginning to the end of the production process. This reduces the movement of raw materials and avoids carbon emissions from trucks.
